Charles Pullins’ Sale Thursday Was Another Cracking Good One.
Charles Pullihs’ public sale Thursday was a jiin daddy. Mr. Pullins is known as b breeder of fine horses and he certainly had some fine ones in this sale. The best sale was a coming three-year-old mare which Charley Grant bought for $239. Claude May, of Carpenter township,, who knows a good horse because he has raised some of the best one 3 in the county, bought a coming four-year-old gelding fcr $231. Steve Comer bought a team for $442. Four other horses sold for S2OO each and one yearling brought S2OO. Two ten-months-old colts sold for sl4l and $135 respectively. These were a fine lot of horses and a year ago would have doubtless brought an average of SSO per head more money. The top cow brought SBO.
