Dyeing White Slippers.
For white kid slippers which cannot h« cleaned successfully after having been previously cleaned, buy a ten-cent tube of ivory black art paint. To one-half cupful of gasoline add enough paint to make fluid the consistency of cream. Apply evenly with a small brush, allow to dry thoroughly, and then polish with any good shoe paste.
