National, Surety Co. Asks Release From Trustee’s Bond.

The National Surety Co. has asked t 6 be released from the bond of Trustee Fred Karch, alleging in the complaint that it was a condition of the bond that Karch furnish the company at stated periods or on demand a ■statement of the receipts and disbursements of his office.
