For Carroll, the total coot of the examiner’s work amounted to $1,763.22. $1,816.36 is the amount charged against Carroll county officials which It is claimed they took, without being entitled to it. Up to- date, the examiners have only collected a little over slll. To charge is one thing; to prove is another. We unhesitatingly say that in our opinion, the charges are not correct.
