Commercial Club Takes Steps To Adjudicate the Lot Purchases.

The board of directors of the commercial club has undertaken to equitably adjust the proposition of the lots purchased in the subdivision for factory purposes. The disappointing fact that no industries were located here has caused a general realization that the lots at S2OO would be a mighty poor investment and the directors will act with fairness if they will reduce the price of the lots to SIOO and rebate all who have paid more than that amount on each' lot and require all who have not paid that much to ejther do so or forfeit what they have paid. To begin with the dub has determined to urge each purchaser to have e.« much as SIOO paid by April Ist and to declare a forfeit of all money paid in less than that amount. Notice to this effect is published in The Republican, and postal cards with that resolution printed on them will be mailed to 1 each delinquent
