Ind., who chanced to bo „ in Kokomo. Mr. Howe was a son-in-law of A. F. Armstrong, a wealthy Kokomo man, to whom the letter was addressed aad who has been dead for seven years. The letter was written by Richard Huncheon, who has been dead a year, and concerned mining interests of the two men. **
