Moslem Traditions.

Ramadan is the month exalted by Moslems above all others. In that month the Koran —according to Moslem tradition —was brought down by Gabriel from heaven and delivered to men in small sections. In that month', Mohammed -was accuotomod to retire from Mecca to the cave of Hira,'for prayer and meditation. In that month Abraham, Moses and- other prophets received their divine revelations. In that month the “doors of heaven are always open, the passages to hell are shut, and the devils are chained.” So run the traditions. —The Christian Herald.
