Firman Thompson Host to Ten Of the Original Booster Club.

Firman Thompson was host Monday evening at a 6 o’clock dinner to ten young men who constitute the present members of the “Rooster Club,” which a few years ago was about the most conspicuous and exclusive order of young bucks in this part of the state. The original club was composed of thirteen members, and of this number all but three were present at the affair given by Firman The absent ones were Homer Dobbins, Frank Hardman and Taylor McCoy. Some of the roosters have become benedicts and papas since the order was active but they enjoy getting together occasionally yet and partaking of some of the eats and sipokes of the past, and the bunch at Firman’s Monday evening had a fine time.
