Arthur Tuteur arrived hoipe last evening from New Albany to spend the holiday week with his mother, Mrs. Anna Tuteur. In 1900 New Albany had a population of 20,029 and this year its population is 20,628, or just one less than ten years ago. As Arthur located there during the past ten years he is afa loss to know how the population can be less than it was find is inclined to think that in figuring up the report an error has been made and that the population should be 20,630. This would be only a modest clahh for most cities are claiming about twice the .population officially credited to them.
