RAM’S HORN BROWN.
It is impossible to love sin and hate the devil. t Example is as certain to move men as dynamite. It is the old hen that lays the' eggs, not the peacock. Right living is Impossible when the thinking is wrong. The only laws that are always in force are those that God makes. The biggest crowd in the world is the one at the foot of the ladder. The man who bites off more than he can chew spends most of his time looking for a place to spit. When the Lord picks the men, he can do great things with a small army. There isn’t anything in the Bible to Show that God will do much to help a fool. It doesn’t take the people in the pews long to find out whether the sermon is coming out of the Bible or the newspapers: \ ■' Robbery is robbery, no matter whether it is done by knocking a man down with a club or by taking advantage of* him In a trade. .The Lord is too busy to pay much attention to the prayer of a man who spends all his time trying to lift himself by his own bootstraps. When one has a thinker with a broken hairspring, he stops in the middle of the sidewalk to talk and makes the crowd walk around him.— Indianapolis News.
