Kenoyer Divoree Case Settled Out of Court Thursday.
The divorce case, venued here from Newton county, and which had enough bad charges in the complaint of Mrs. Kenoyer to have made the greatest sensation the Jasper county court has had for many years, was settled out of court Thursday. Henry Vintojj, of Lafayette, was to have ■ heard the case as special judge, but I for some reason he did not appear, and it was just as well, for the attorneys for the parties got together and effected a settlement. What this was is not known publicly. Kenoyer is a wealthy man, owning extensive farm lands near Kentland and 'considerable Indianapolis property. He lives in Indianapolis and she at Kentland. Although she has had several attorneys, Frank Fol tz was the only one at the final wind-up, while the defendant was represented by Judge McCray and Attorney Hovey, of Indianapolis.
