Three Cornered Law Suits Ends In Compromise Wednesday.

B. J. Gifford sold a farm last\year to Harry Walters. William Lewis had planted wheat on the farm and this year Mr. Walters harvested the wheat, it having been understood by him that the wheat went with the farm., In September Lewis got a judgment against Walters for $125 for the wheat. Then Walters sued B. J. Gifford and the case was compromised this Wednesday morning, by Gifford agreeing to pay Lewis the same amount Walters had to pay Lewis.
