Dr. Wishard Brings Suit Against the Indiana Central.

Dr. Ernest E. Wishard, formerly of Rensselaer, but now a physician of Noblesville, has brought suit against the Indiana Central Railroad Co. for $25,000, alleging that, he sustained permanent injuries in the accident of last August when his automobile was struck by a freight car and demolished. He was in the car and was shoved along for about 100 feet before the auto was doubled under the freight car. His escape from death was- almost miraculous. It is claimed that the railroad is responsible because a was made and there was no warning whatever given at the crossing. The freight engine was puffing up in the yards and a string of box cars came down a side track and at the street emerged from behind another string of cars just as the doctor reached the crossmg m his machine.
