A recent diner at a West end hotel tells of a quaint incident he noticed there the other night The band was playing a certain popular music hall air, and a young lady at one of the tables, curious to know what it was, asked her waiter to find put The man departed, laden with plates, but was so long gone that the anxious inquirer clean forgot her curiosity as to the tune.
