The undersigned will sell at public auction at his residence 10% miles north of Rensselaer, 4 miles north of Aix, 1 mile west and 3 miles south of ■Kniman, on what is known as the old Gant farm,' commencing at 10:00 A. M., on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 1910, the following property: 4 head of Horses— Consisting of 1 black mare, 5 years old, weight 1,300; 1 bay mare, 3 years old, weight 1,200; 1 gray horse, weight 1,350; 1 black yearling colt. 30 head of Cattle— Consisting of 11 head of milch cows, 7 of which are now giving milk, 4 will be fresh in early winter, and balance in early spring; 19 head of spring calves, consisting of 9 heifers, 10 steers. 4 dozen Chickens. TERMS— Ten dollars and under, cash in hand; on gums over $lO a credit of 12 months will, be given, purchaser executing note with approved security, without interest ! f paid when due, but if not paid at maturity, 8 per cent interest from date; 6 per cent off for cash on sums over $lO.
