Baltimore Presbyterian Synod Demands Legislation Prohibiting Bookmaking at Tracks. Legislation prohibiting bookmaking at race tracks in Maryland is demanded in a resolution adopted unanimously by the Baltimore Presbyterian, synod at its annual meeting the other, day.
