Dollie Thompson and Katie Trump are on the sick list this week. C. A. Gundy and N. A. McKay visited home folks over Sunday. Born, Nov. 13th, to Joseph Lucas and wife, east of town, a boy. A. D. Washburn, of Kentland, was in town Wednesday on business. Dr. Fyfe and family, of Wheatfield, visited at the Cottingham hotel Sunday. Frank McKay, who has been husking corn over near Kentland, was in town over Sunday. A show is holding forth this week in the Carr hall, and is sajd to be entertaining quite a crowd every night. The Larkins club met at Mrs. Milt Gundy’s Wednesday afternoon and a pleasant time was enjoyed by all. Married, Nov. 13th, 1910, at the residence of the bride’s parents, north of town, Miss Iva Williams and Mr. George Talbert, Rev. McClure officiating. There will be a box social and entertainment at the school house Friday night, Nov, 18th. All are invited to attend. Ladies are expeced to bring boxes containing lunch for two.
