Mention was made in a previous issue ■ about one of Charley Garriott’s horses dying and that the other was sick. The second horse died later and the mystery surrounding their death is very profound. Charley has decided) to send the stomach of one of the animals to the state chemist for examination to ascertain if they were poisoned. It was a floe team and the loss is a severe one for the owner.
