Stuffed Cabbage.
Select a nice firm white head of cabbage. Wash and drain well. Then Bcoop out the center. Now peel and core several nice firm cooking apples; place In center of cabbage and sprinkle slightly with sugar If desired. Now place In a bag and boll In water until cabbage Is tender. Drain and place on a platter of lettuce leaves and spread rich mayonnaise dressing over same. Can be served either hot or cold. Also adds as a decoration to the table.
