New Men to Succeed Old Ones in Monon Departments.

Harrison Fairfax, the new president of the Monon railroad, is making some radical changes in the various departments of the road. B. E. Taylor, general manager, is to be succeeded by A. H. Westfall, for a number of years in the employ of the Southern. J. B. Sucese, the general superintendent, will be succeeded by P. C. Walton, superintendent of the northern division of tire Chicago & Alton. According to rumors the office of superintendent of transportation now held by W. B. Jones, of Lafayette, is to be abolished, and W. T. Quimby and C. T. McHugh, as trainmasters, are also to be succeeded by men formerly associated with President Fairfax on the Southern.
