I Yc|u are hereby further notified, that the following proposed amendment to article 7 of the constitution of said state be and the same is now agreed to and referred to the electors of the State of Indiana at the next general election: Section 21. The general assembly shall, by law, prescribe what qualifications shall be necessary for admission to practice law in all courts of justice.
