All members of the city council were present at the regular meeting Monday night. , u :.: The light superintendent was instructed to purchase a regulator for street lights and socket for same. A resolution was adopted for sewer from Angelica street to Makemself. The fire committee was instructed to buy feed for the city team and make arrangements for storing the same. A petition of J. W. Tilton et al for residence lights was acted upon favorably and the light superintendent was instructed to install same. A petition of James Donnelly for a 1 street light was referred to the light committee. The resignation of Bert Campbell as city teamster was accepted and Chester Zea was employed in his place at a salary of SSO per month, including lights, fuel and house rent.
