Successful Iowa Cattle Feeder To Address Indiana Association.
J. O. Imboden, of Decatur, 111., has accepted an Invitation to address the members of the Indiana Cattle Feeders’ Association at their annual fall meeting in Lafayette, November 19, 1910. Mr. Imboden has for many years been one of the most prominent and successful cattle feeders and dealers of the corn belt. Each year he sells large numbers of range steers to the stockmen of Illinois and Indiana. His success as a feeder is shown by the fact that he has been a consistent winner In the car load lots of cattle at the international stock show. He is also an expert judge of fat and breeding cattle and has acted in that capacity at the best shows. Himself a good butcher, he Is qualified to pass on the merits of an animal from the standpoint not only of the feeder but also of the killer. Besides being a practical and successful cattleman he is well known as a writer and speaker along live stock lines and the feeders of Indiana are to be congratulated upon securing the services of such an able and successful man to discuss the feeding and marketing of cattle.
