Henry Amsler Resting Well and Prospects for Recovery are Good.
The Chicago specialist who was called in consultation with the local physician in the case of Henry Amsier, did not discover any alarming condition resulting from the injury received by the horse’s kick Sunday morning. Slight hemorrhages were produced Monday, doubtless caused by an injury to the lung. It is thought the rib touched the lung, however, only at the time of the Injury and that It has since been removed and is not now causing any trouble. Mr. Amsier was resting well this Tuesday morning and unless pneumonia should ensue, which Is always a possibility when the lungs are bruised, it is believed he will recover.
