IN RED AND BUCK
Red cloth, trimmed with black braid, or bias bands of black taffeta are used in making this dress. The blouse is ornamented with buttons of silk or braid, and have a sailor collar trimmed with the >ands. Over the shoulders are ruffles of lace, with fine tucks at the top, the plastron is of lace or embroidery. The skirt Is plam and is trimmed at the bottom with the bands and buttons.
