Sept. 22.—Isaac J. Parcels, born Hanging'Grove township, February 7, 1880, present residence Hanging Grove : occupation farmer, and Ruth Ellen Miller, born White county, Indiana, Dec. 9, 1892, present residence Rensselaer, occupation housekeeper. First marriage for each. Edwin W. Miller, father of the bride, gave consent to issue of marriage license.
