Asks Divorce After Separation Of More Than Five Years.
Mrs. Lillian D. Sayler, who lives with her mother, Mrs. Prior Rowen, has brought suit for divorce from her husband, Horace Claud Sayler, to whom she was married on Nov. 28, 1901. She alleges in the complaint that she has lived apart from him since about Feb. 16, 1905, and that during that time he has failed to adequately provide for herself and her two children. Madelene C. and Harold D. She asks for the custody of the children. She alleges that during the time they lived together he would not work and failed to pay doctor bills and for other necessaries.
