Morrison Fined for Provocation; Healey Arrested for Assault.

City Marshal Mustard made affidavits against W. H. Morrison, charging him with provocation to commit an assault. Morrison plead guilty to the charge against him and was fined $1 and costs, amounting to $9.10, which he paid. Mr. Healey will stand trial, claiming that his action was entirely in self-defense.
