AH ORDINANCE prohibiting the nee Of Works in Puhiiolleoee within the Corporate limits of the City of Kensselaer, Indiana, providing a Xenaltv for violations thereofand eclarlng an emergency. Section 1. Be it ordained by the ComthS of Rensselaer. Indiana, that it shall be unlawful for any person to explode or ignite for the purpose of exploding, on or upon any of the public streets, alleys, side walks or Places within the corporate limits of said city. Are crackers, caps, blank cartridges or any other kind of fire works containing fulminates or other explosive compounds. Any person, who shall violate any of the provisions of thisordinance shall be deemed guilty or a misdemeanor, and, on conviction tbereof’ ShaH be fined not less than one doliars dollar nor more than ten ($10.00) Section 2.
