John Merritt’s Orchestra Gave Fine Music at the Princess.
John Merritt, grocery clerk at the G. E. Murray Co. store, is the leader of an orchestra that is developing considerable proficiency and should fill a long felt want, as an organization of this kind can be used at many entertainments. For some time the orchestra has been playing at the Christian church and Tuesday night made its first appearance at the Princess theatre. It is composed of John Merritt. Walter Forbes, Misses Dollie Schock, Mary and Gladys Pierce, Dean Merica, Bradford Poole, Kenneth Allman and Harry Moorehouse. The music rendered was very pleasing and was encored by the Princess audience. The members all possess considerable musical talent and they have developed splendidly for the legth of time they have been organized.
