The notorious former Indiana banker and horse thief, Robert Green, who escaped from the jail at Elyria, Ohio, two weeks ago, where he was held for stealing a horse, is believed to have dynamited the postoflice safe at Canal Winchester, Ohio, Monday night, and escaped.
