Mrs. Bivins went to Monon Saturday. Mason Barlow’s have moved to the Garvin farm. Mrs. Trevis, of Monticello, is visiting Mrs. Thos.'Spencer. Miss Veda Spencer spent Friday night with Mrs. L. Foulks. Mrs. Underwood spent Sunday with Jas. Spencer’s, north of Monon. James Boon’s nephew, Mr. Haan, of Lafayette, visited him last week. Misses Jesse and Bell Southard called on Mrs. Underwood Sunday. Miss Lural Anderson spent Tuesday night with Ed Herman and family. Mrs. Geo. Timmons and Margaret Shide called on Mrs. Link Parks Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Herman went to Monon Saturday and bought a carriage. Mr. and Mrs. George Foulks took supper with A. R. Clark’s Monday evening. . Mrs. E. Johns is building a new kitchen. Harry Davis is doing the carpenter work. Mrs. George Foulks and Mrs. D, Z Clark were at the surprise on Mrs. E. Gilmore, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Garvin and Mac Barlow and family called on G. L. Parks one day last week. Chas. Wood went to Wolcott Tuesday night to take the second degree in the I. O. O. F. 1( dge. Geo. Foulks, Mr. Gaffield, G. L. Parks and John Summers, Jr. were delegates to the convention at Rensselaer Monday. i
