Notice About Obstruction of Alleys and Streets.

City Ordinance, No. 19, prohibits the throwing pf ashes, tin cans and other forms of rubbish in the streets and alleys of the city of Rensselaer, and I have been directed by the City Council to enforce the ordinance to the letter.
