Argument for New Trial for Bader takes Place this Afternoon.

The argument for a new trial for Clinton L. Bader, convicted in the Jasper circuit court last week of bridge fraud, took place this afternoon at 3 o’clock. Mr. Badfer arrived here this morning from Winamac, bringing with him, Attorney Glazcbrook, of Knox, who, it is understood, will assist Attorney Williams in presenting a claim for a new trial.
