Offers Unsatisfactory and Forsythe Will Remain in Business.

B. Forsythe states that the bids which he received for the stock of the Chicago Bargain Store Thursday were so unsatisfactory that he refused to sell and determined to remain in business. The remaining stock was top large to sell to advantage in bulk and the object in reopening it is to reduce it further, when another effort will be made to sell it entire.
