Oscar Jacks is on the kick list. % Elmer Gilmore is on the sick list. J. H. Culp went to Rensselaer Monday. f Mrs. Sam Noland is improving Slowly. Alvin Clark went to Rensselaer Tuesday. Little Cora Noland is on the sick list again. Myrtle Lewis came home to visit a few days. Mrs. Cora Stiers called on Mrs. Ostander Tuesday. Ella Noland and son, Harry, returned home Saturday. Mr. Walls is hauling- posts to the Horton & Moseley ranch. Mrs. Ann Rishling called on Mrs. L. M. Jacks Monday afternoon. Mr, and Mrs. Joseph Willits took, dinner Sunday with L. M. Jacks. Mrs. Fred Stiers went to Kankakee Monday Corning to visit her children. Edith Ofterton and Mable Ostander visited the Lee School Monday afternoon. Miss Myrtle Lewis returned to her work at Reed McCoy’s Wednesday morning. A large crowd attended the Horton and Moosley sale Thursday, and everything sold well. Mrs. Arthur .Williamson and, children visited Grandpa and Grandma Williamson Monday.
Chas. and James Wood, Earl Folks and Vern Culp, all of Milroy, were in Lee Tuesday evening. Mr. Herman, Mr. Blankinship, C. E. Jones and Joseph Fitshoe, all from Milroy, were in Lee Monday. * Willard Johnson and little daughter went to Lafayette Friday evening to visit Mrs. Johnson’s parents. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. McCashen and baby and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stiers and Ezra Eldridge took dinner Sunday with Will Stiers and family. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Steward andRoily, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Jacks and Oscar and Earl Folks took dinner Sunday with-Alvin Clark and family. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Jacks went to Brookston Friday evening to see Mrs. Jacks’ cousin, who is very low with consumption' They returned Saturday morning. Oscar Jacks stayed with Dollie Jacks. Conrad Maxwell, of S. Dak., took dinner with S. M. Jacks Friday, and went from there to stay Friday night with Asa Holmes. He is soon going back to Dakota. He says he likes it fine out there. Mr. and Mrs. Keonan and two children came to Sam Jacks’ Saturday evening sor s supper, then went on the milk train to Reynolds to visit Mrs. Keonan’s parents. Mr. Keonan will freturn to Lee Sunday morning and Mrs. Keonan and children will stay for a few days’ visit.
