Fourteen Girls Wear Hearts on Sleeves and Attend Picture Shows.
Each with a red heart pinned on their left sleeve, fourteen girls, as guests of Miss Marjorie Loughridge, the Princess and Rextheatres Monday night, partook of refreshments at Perry Horton’s restaurant, and engaged in the game of dominoes at the home of their hostess. Miss Ethel Davis won the most games and was awarded a very pretty valentine, while Miss Aileen Allman won the least and was given a comic valentine. The levity displayed by the misses indicated that while they'' wore imitation hearts on their sleeves there was no sentiment among them and their real hearts were in their proper places,, and not to be won lightly. The party was very novel and greatly enjoyed. ”
