Several Real Estate Deals Made During Fast Week. , D. B. Hollister -last week sold to Frank Morlau for his mother, Mrs. Amanda Morlan, his residence property on Jackson street, just east of the P. W. Clarke residence, and gave possession at once, moving temporarily into the Miss Ellen Sayler property. He has purchased of Dr. J. W. Horton the house he erected last summer on Angelica Btreet, and which is occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Willis Lutz, and the latter’s mother, Mrs. Martha Rusk. Mrs. Rusk has purchased of Dr. Horton, tbe house occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Rhoades and which was recently traded to Dr. Horton by Frank Kresler. Mrs. Rusk gets only 70x150 feet, for which she paid 81,550, which is very cheap as tbe bouse is on of the finest cottage properties in Rensselaer. Dr. Horton retains the lot 70x150 feet between the house he sold and the J. F. Irwin property. Mr. Rhoades is not required to move before June Ist, when Mrs. Rusk and Mr. and Mrs. Lutz will occupy it and Mr. Hollister and wife will occupy their purchase. Mr. Hollister sold his house for 81,100 and paid the same for tbe house he bought. Dr. Horton owns several lots about town, all of which he is now offering for sale. Gaylord Michael’s baby is very sick with pneumonia. Watson Hume’s baby is also sick with tbe same disease. : • • : _1 Public Sale—Wednesday, at Parr, by W. L.
