District Organising Convention To Be Held In Hammond.

The republican primaries for tbe election of delegates to attend the district organizing convention, will be held Jan. 28th and 29th, and the convention to elect a district chairman will be held at Hammond on Feb. Ist. The selection of two days for holding the primaries waa because Friday is considered a better day In towns and cities and Saturday a better day for the country people. On Thursday, Feb. 3d, the new district chairman will meet In Indianapolis and perfect Its organisation by the election of a state chairman. The call tor the primaries will be made in the Republican.
