Such has been its uniform certainty in curing this disagreeable disease, that he is prepared to warrant a cure in every case, where the directions are followed. It has now been ex. tenaively used throughout the ' Western and South weejernStates for the last seven years, and has cured, during that time, noiiess than 150,000 caaes: indeed such hss been its success that a large number of practitioners, in vsriotis parts ot the country, use and prescribe jt in preference to quinine and other remedies. The composition of this medicine is entirely vegetable, and is, therefore, perfectly innocent, and may be given to infants, females, and persona of delicate constitutions, without the least tear whatever ot any unpleasant effect. . Persons- living in seclions of the country subject to this disease would do well to keep a constant supply by them, especially if living where medical aid cannot be conveniently obtained. This medicine need only to be tried to convince persons of its great superiority overall other remedies now is use. The proprietor has now in his possession innumerable certificates and letters from persons who have used it, and Irom merchants who have old it largely in their neighborhoods, and also . from respectable physicians who have prescribed it, believing, from its laxative and powerful diaphoretic properties, that it is superior to quinine as a Tonic. To those unacquainted with its valuable curative powers, the following let
ters, from the many now in the possession of the proprietor, are offered in testimony ol its valr Cincinnati, July 20. 1844 Messrs. Wilson, Pettet, &.
