Among the first boats due here are the Cumberland, from Cairo; Sana. Orr, from Eastport; Sam. J. Hale, from Memphis; Cafton, for Memphis; P. W. Strader, Indiana and Nick. Longworth, fo!T"New Orleans; Balle Le2, Louisiana, Westmoreland, Louisville and Richmond, from Netv Orleans; Robert Moore and Romeo, from Nashville; Lawrence and Melnotre, from St. Louis; Tarascon, from Louisville; Falls Cfty, for BovsliDg Green; Shamrock, for St. Louis; Havana, for Nashville; Ada Lyon, from Green River; Charmer, from Cincinnati; Cheyenne, for Arkansas River. There was a prevalent scarcity of steamboats at the wharf yesterday forenoon, the only arrivals between midnight and noon being the Itobt. E. Lee and Mollie Norton The Leo arrived at 5 A. M., and left about 8. She took 450 hogsheads of tobacco at Owensboro, and had engagements at Paducah for 200 more.
