The Trjlftc: Srnson. The st trchlnsi wind--, tbe cold, drizzling rains, t lie heavy logs, und incisional warm and moist (iajsol March, render it, upon the whole, the most un);en 1. hy montn of the year. Its depressing mllue: cos are espe iallv unfavorable to invalids, and thousands ot persons with feeble constitutions, who have borne life Winter btavelv, break down in the first mouth of Boring. Tne variations of temperature and cold eai.t winds are a aeriou - trial to ti;e dyspeptic and bilious, whose symptoms they invariably aggravate. Intermittent fever is also rife wherever there is evolvable poison in the water or the soil. To enable the system to combat these evils, there is nothing like a good vegetable tonic, and among tnls class of medicines HOTETTEH'S STOMACH BITTMIS stand supreme. Medical men prescribe it in prefereneto any of the tonic preparations of the pharrnucopceia. They are awaie that the ordluaiy tinctures and ex! r icts are all based upon cheap alcohol, w icti is f-urcharged witii an acrid essentia 1 oil, and absolutely pois- nous. The y know, oa tne other hand, that the rectified essence of the finest rye grown in this coun try Is I he sole svirituous ingredient of no-Ti'. l'i'EK'S Bl ITERS, ana that the vegetable medicinal elements of wnicb it Is composed are of raie trheaey. Hence it lias the coi-fidence ot physicians, and liuds its wny into hospitals w here no other propr etary meoicine is t-auctioned. A course of the BITTi- K-s is espefially recommended to persons of de!ic ie habit, of hoi ti sexes, at. i iiis season, in tne fever und naue ditricis of the v est and outh, quinine liuS been almost univer ally ciisctroediisa choloKOgue, and this invaluable antidote to malarious disorders adopted iu its Mead. A dounle galu Is realized by the change, for the Hitters, unlike that rt'ineemus alkaloid, are agreeable to tl'e palate, and ineir curative effect is much more pt rmau eut.

To do ti.is, the Heaweed Tonic acd Mandiake Pills must be freely used to cleanse the titomacli and liver, so that tue Pulmonic -:yrup and the food will make good blood. Kchenck's Mandrake Pills act upon the liver, letuoYing all obstructions, relax the ducts of the gall b adder, the bile starts freely, and the liver is t-oon relieved; the stools will show what tne Pills can do; nothing has ever been Invented except culomel ( i deadly poison, which Is very dangerous to use, unliti-is with gieat care) that will unlock the gall bladder and start the tecretlouH of the liver like .Seiienek's Mandrake Pills.
