There has been a marked improvement in the general trade of the city during the week. The weather has been more seasonable, and there are some indications of Spring. The grass in the vicinity of the cit gives evidence of life, but the trees have not vet indicated that they will bud again. Tne roads are drying up, and dust has been quite plenty in the streets.
