E. B. Taylor, Superintendent at
Omaha, states, that 20,000 Indians will

keep all its lines open to, the public for the daily transmission of the markets and , commercial . reports and intelligence, and all messages, dispatches and communications shall be forwarded , in the order ; in which; they shall
be received, and the Company shall
not be permitted to . charge and collect
