Since I have been blind, many persons have applied to me for remedies to cure diseases w ith which their cattle, horses, or dogs, have beeu afflicted, and in a large majority of cases my remedies have beeu efllcacious. I hve for these reasons concluded to insert an advertisement In your valuable parer, setting forth to the community at large, that I am qualified to prescribe remedies for the cure of diseases of cattle, horses and dogs, and I feel myself competent to do so from the fact that, for years befoie I became blind, I acquired from instruction, reading aud exlierlence, the requisite knowledge. For some time past, there has been much excitement occasioned by the alarm of diseased dogs, and many valuable dogs have been destroyed in consequence. These animals are liable to a variety of complaints, but when they tiecotne sick at all, they are condemned as rabid, when perhaps no such disease is the matter with them. With these animals have had mueh experience, and those who have valuable dogs would do well to consult lue before they destroy their dogs. With regard to the diseases of other animals, the same remarks will apply, though they are destroyed, not by violence, but bv ignorjorance and neglect. lean be consulted every morning, from 9 A. till 11 A. m , at Sir.
