The following is htf last experience in Paducah, Ky.: " After my arrival in Paducah yesterday, I felt a little bad, and mark you, I went and took a small drink, and that not improving my feelings, I took another and another, don't you observe ; and finally I got a little tight. In the evening I went into thecountry with a friend, mark you, and thinkiug I would cool off, I took several more drinks, don't you observe ; yet strange to say, the more I drank the tighter I got, until, mark you, I was decidedly inebriated wheu I went to bed.
