MONDAY MORNISO... JULY It Th Hunk ot the State. The Statt Sentinel says that the Ftate Board cf the State bunk, bare ordered a semi-annual dividend of five per cent, for all the branches but those at Laporte and Plymouth, which are said to he in a ( rippled condition. The Bank is said to be in an unprecedented r-ound condition, and prepared for the movement of the new crop and the large trade that will necessarily grow out u( it. The present circulation of the Bank fa about three and a half million of dollar.;. With the movement of the crops to market, the circulation of the bank will iargel7 increase. At the present tin-, according 10 the showing of the Bank, lb people ot Indiana loan that institution about two millions of dollars tor the pm ilcge of being furnished by it with a pajer eircula.or. This amount it loans at 12 per rent pet annum, and draws a rerenue of S124,- , 000 per annum from the relit piven to it by the people ot the State. This is the bor.- which the Legislature granted to the i?ank In bestow insr this fecial charter, and rre presume, h the consideration which i ndnws it with the sanrtifT of a vpted riaht . . superior even to the sovereignty ot the 1 State. The Bank baring made an arrangement
