Judge McLean decided the law of this question some weeks ago, as we noticed at the time, but the mandamus should be withheld till the Commissioners had met at their June session, and decided whether they would levy the tax without any compulsion. As they did not, the mandamus has been ordered and the Commissioners will be put in a tight place. They will have to levy or be subject to imprisonment for contempt of court. ======= <FARMERS, PERPARE TO CUT YOUR WHEAT!> ir.iMir..ui.n.iMP .linn i, .mi, i PH. i.banl I He. i. re p.rt..vwi,ld.vt.piiiiba-n.farne-.inbson, i'..-ey, Warru k, V ai..hrt nh .nut..., wb. t.. .1 tt.i-i lw-Kp. i-.,ai.,twt.. win , i. tilt i it..- 1 1 i ,..1 satit.utory Uk.niM r in ..
