H Bridges, Bowling Green to Louisville. R. B. Hamilton, Cincinnati to Wabash. Southerner, Memphis to Louisville. W V. Gillum, Evansville to Rough Creek. The weather yesterday was exceedingly pleasant. A slight shower fell just before dinner, but the clouds were speedily dispelled. Business on the levee continues about as dull as could be imagined. The river is on the rise. The floods above will soon be upon us and we may expect another high river. The Cincinnati <Times> of Saturday evening, says that "the heavy rains of the passt two days have been general throughout the West, and the tributaries are now pouring a flood into the Ohio. The river is now swelling from Pittsburgh down. At this point it commenced rising yesterday, and to-day is creeping up quite rapidly. Another flood is evidently coming though it will hardly reach the extent of the last one. The Kate Sarchet—the reliable Wabash river packet—pushes out this evening for that stream. Any one wishing to go up the Wabash will kind the Kate an unusually pleasant boat, and those desiring to ship freight to any point on that river will find no more attentive or reliable officers than the Messrs. Dusouchet. Our thanks are tendered to the officers of the steamer Tishomingo for Louisville papers in advance of the mail. The Wabash is reported to be falling rapidly, and hopes are entertained that the bottht, (OTrnwM The Southertiei went tip la?t nirbt , T)ie Cuarev H the repil(ir paJu. , rnl) anJ Cairo ,acket to-day at 12 o'clock. It u ou, u, mention when the Is t'harley leaves to eusure tliat attention from pa-eif-lprs and Mhipper-i her merits deserve. We hc- she may obtain a ;ood trip to-day. White and Kel rivers liava been spreading themselres over their banks, and forming lakes and seas miles in width; carying off fences aud property of all kinds and doing immense damage to the fanners in their liottoms. Both rivers have been within 18 inches us high as last year. MISCELLANEOUS. UE ECONOMIST COOKING STOVE. FOR WOOD OR COAL, WITH A SAND OVEN.
