In this new imple ment the teeth are msertetl 111 two seit revolving horizontal wheels, by which the furrow of Hie teeth are made to cross the line of the direction of the barrow, and s the teeth go round the circuit of the wheel every time the harrow moves forward the length ot the diameter of the wheel, each tooth has just three times the effect of a tiaith in astraight harrow, consequently it does its work far lietter. and more of it.
